IMPORTANT - Pregnant women in the first trimester should select one size larger then their pre-pregnancy size. Pregnant women in the second and third trimester should select two sizes larger than their pre-pregnancy size.

For example: if your slack size is a 6 before pregnancy, then a Medium should be ordered for the 1st and 2nd trimester and a Large for the 3rd trimester.

The sizing is based on the upper hip measurement taken at the level of the pelvic iliac crest just below the belly button. You measure yourself in the same way as you measure for normal underwear and clothing. Simply measure the circumference around your belly at its widest slightly protruding part. You can feel your iliac crests on the the sides of your body just below your waist.
