Here are our most frequently asked questions regarding the postage of orders. If you have a further question, contact us and we'll reply asap.


DO YOU POST DISCREETLY?

Most definitely. We understand the delicate nature of your purchase and therefore post all orders in regular plain packaging. There is no information on any post packaging that would identify where your purchase comes from. In the event of a delivery problem, we do mark all packaging with a small return address that includes our initials (M.T.O), and our post office box address.

International Orders – Larger sized orders require a Customs Declaration, which will include a brief description of the contents.

WHEN WILL YOU POST MY ORDER?
We understand that quick delivery is of major importance.
We will post the:
Same day for orders placed before 3.00pm Monday – Friday.
Next business day for any orders placed after 3.00pm Monday – Friday, Weekends & Public Holidays.

WHO DELIVERS THE ORDERS?
We use Australia Post to send out all our orders. We find that this is the most reliable and cost effective postage method for our customers.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. The Australia Post calculator will provide you an estimate of delivery time when you use the checkout.
Australian Orders - Most items are delivered within 2 business days (often overnight) but delivery to country and remote areas can take up to a week.
International Orders – Please check the estimate of delivery time when proceeding through the checkout.

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE COST?
This all depends on the weight and dimensions of your total order. The Australia Post calculator will determine the postage price during the checkout process. All the products available in the store are weighed and measured to ensure that the cost is as accurate as possible.

CAN I UPGRADE MY FREE POST TO EXPRESS OR REGISTERED?
Yes. Due to restrictions within the store software, it has been necessary to create postage upgrades as products. You can upgrade your postage HERE.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Australia Post provide an online tracking service for Express & Registered parcels. You can use it by going to www.austposttracking.com.au. Please note that this system is not always a precise indication of where your order is.

I BOUGHT SOMETHING WITH FREE POST, WHY AM I BEING CHARGED?
Not all products in the store include free post. If you purchase additional items that do not qualify for free post, a charge for postage will be added to your order.

MY ORDER HASN’T TURNED UP, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
Most likely, there has been a delay with Australia Post. If you think that you have waited a reasonable amount of time, contact us and we will endeavour to find out what has happened. 


RETURNS

At Mums The One, we are committed to quality, value and good service. We have chosen each individual item carefully so you can buy with complete confidence.

If you happen to receive goods that are faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase of goods by email. We will issue you with Return for Credit form so you can return the item. The item being returned must include the item itself, any relevant packaging and the return for credit form. Please note that you are liable for the return postage cost.

If the product is found to be faulty or defective, a replacement product will be sent out at no extra freight charge. The fault must be a manufacturers fault as we do not give a warranty or guarantee or accept liability for any damage to the product through accidental misuse or any use of the product in any way other than its intended use.
